Newly back in Aggieland and getting into freshwater fishing. Had some fun at Lake Bryan and our Siena subdivision pond.
Bait Barn is five minutes away, handy for all kinds of live bait. Not sure how to find Brazos River public access spots.

I am not familiar with your area but google earth might show some good leads for access.

It was been years since I have been there, but there used to be access at he Highway 21 bridge.

When I was in school there, we would have someone drop us off at the Hwy 21 bridge, load up a canoe and paddle to a big sandbar upriver. It’s still there on Google maps. We would fish, shoot, and drink all weekend then paddle back to the bridge and get picked up.
