Looks like a blast. Why is the glide bait missing its rear hook?
I’m giving serious thought to making the pilgrimage sometime in the coming weeks.

Personal preference. I remove it on 90% of my baits with trebles. That particular bait is several years old. From a scuba diving perspective it swims better and looks much more realistic without a rear hook. I think it gets hung up less also. Last night I saw a picture of a local that caught a big fish on a swimbait recently and it had both treble hooks. Obviously it didn’t matter to that fish. Top single hooks are great also
